User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Clipframe account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Clipframe account.
2. Use the subject line Clipframe data deletion request and include your Clipframe username, if you have one.
3. We may contact you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

Once verified, we will delete or de-identify the account information and associated projects, uploads, clips, and other personal data, except for information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Any retained information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deleting a project from your account removes that project and its associated media; it does not by itself delete your Clipframe account. For account-wide deletion, email us using the instructions above.
