Terms of Service

Effective July 29, 2026 ยท Version 2026-07-29.3

Clipframe is operated by Sapnat Solutions LLC ("Sapnat Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of Clipframe, including our website, editor, processing tools, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Eligibility and your account

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you own in content you submit. Clipframe does not acquire ownership of your content. Where content includes another person's work, music, likeness, performance, or other protected material, the relevant creator or other rights holder keeps their rights. A source platform, such as YouTube, may also have rights or licenses under its own terms; using Clipframe does not change, replace, or override any of those rights or platform rules.

To provide the Service, you grant Clipframe a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, transcode, analyze, display, and create exports from your submitted content solely to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service for you. This license ends when we delete the relevant content, except to the extent temporary copies are retained for backup, security, legal, or technical reasons.

You represent that you own the content you submit or have all permissions, licenses, and legal rights needed to process, edit, export, and share it through Clipframe. You must not use Clipframe to copy, download, edit, or distribute content in violation of another person's rights or a source platform's rules.

Third-party platforms and links

When you submit a link from YouTube, Twitch, Kick, X, or another platform, you are responsible for complying with that platform's terms and for having permission to use the linked content. Do not provide credentials, cookies, private links, or content behind access controls. Clipframe may reject sources that are private, restricted, require sign-in, or cannot be processed lawfully.

Prohibited use

You may not use the Service in a way that violates law, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, harms minors, evades technical protections, spreads malware, interferes with the Service, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate, remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts for suspected violations.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

Paid plans, renewal terms, and prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless required otherwise by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts. You may cancel a subscription from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Availability, interruptions, and service changes

Clipframe is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or lossless operation on any plan. Processing, downloads, previews, exports, account access, and storage may be delayed, unavailable, or interrupted because of maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, security incidents, capacity limits, or events outside our control. Keep your own copies of content and exports that matter to you.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including supported sources, features, plans, and storage. If we permanently discontinue Clipframe, we will make reasonable efforts, where practical and lawful, to stop future subscription renewals, notify the email address on your account, and provide at least 30 days to export available projects before deletion. This export period may be shorter or unavailable when immediate action is needed for security, legal, technical, or third-party-provider reasons.

After the applicable export period, we may delete project files, source media, exports, and related account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will provide refunds only where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout.

Processing results may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review all clips, captions, and exports before publishing or relying on them.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Clipframe is not responsible for user-submitted content, third-party platforms, or decisions you make using generated output. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. Material updates will require acceptance of the new version before further processing. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@clipframe.org.
