Privacy Policy

Clipframe is operated by Sapnat Solutions LLC ("Sapnat Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how Clipframe collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the Service.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, username, authentication provider, and account settings.
- Content and project information: videos, links, audio, captions, thumbnails, exports, and project metadata that you submit or create.
- Usage and technical information: browser and device information, IP address, timestamps, logs, error reports, and actions taken in the Service.
- Payment information: subscription and transaction status from our payment processor. Clipframe does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to provide processing and exports, authenticate accounts, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, communicate about your account, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use providers to operate Clipframe, which may process information on our behalf: Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare for infrastructure and object storage, RunPod or equivalent workers for video processing, and Stripe for payments. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and project information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Temporary source media and working files are deleted on a limited lifecycle. Subscription plan storage periods apply to project files; deleting a project or account begins deletion from active systems, subject to backups and legal retention requirements. If we permanently discontinue Clipframe, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the export period described in our Terms before deleting available project files.
Sharing
We share information only with providers needed to run the Service, when you direct us to share it, to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not publish your source media or exports unless you choose to share them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online system is completely secure, so please use a unique password and do not upload content you cannot lawfully share with our processing providers.
Your choices and rights
You can update account information, delete projects, and request account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, email privacy@clipframe.org.
Children
Clipframe is not intended for children. Do not use the Service to upload content involving the sexual exploitation of minors or other illegal material.
Updates and contact
We may update this Policy as our Service or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version here and, for material changes, request renewed acceptance. Contact privacy@clipframe.org with privacy questions.
