Copyright and abuse reports

If you believe content processed or hosted through Clipframe infringes your copyright or otherwise violates our policies, email abuse@clipframe.org with enough information for us to investigate.
What to include
- Your name, organization (if applicable), and contact details.
- A description of the work or right you believe is infringed.
- The exact Clipframe URL, project identifier, or other location of the material, if available.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If we remove or disable material following a copyright report and you believe that was a mistake, contact us with the information required by applicable law. We may share reports and counter-notices with the involved parties where appropriate.
Repeat infringement
Clipframe may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers or users who violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
Before public launch in the United States, register a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and update this page with the registered agent's details. This page alone does not create DMCA safe-harbor protection.
